How long does it take to ship the New Arrivals?
All items from our New Arrivals collection are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 7-day return policy for most products. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to be eligible for a refund.
Are your ceramic products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our new ceramic dinnerware and mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. Please check the 'Product Details' section on the specific product page for individual care instructions.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship exclusively within the country. We are working hard to bring Nestasia's unique home aesthetics to international doorsteps very soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and AWB number to monitor your package in real-time.
