All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Upload clear photos of the product and its original packaging to help our team verify the condition of the items before the pickup is scheduled.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items back in their original Nestasia boxes with all protective fillers to prevent any damage during the return transit.

  Handover and Refund

  Hand over the parcel to our logistics partner; once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
